LAURA BLATHERWICK
Laura is our founder and an arts therapist who has held senior roles previously including as Clinical Lead for Arts Therapies and Specialist Counselling within a South-West based NHS Psychotherapy Service.
Before she qualified as an dramatherapist in 2008, she worked extensively in the charity, education and business sectors, designing and delivering arts projects and training programmes to bring about personal, social and community change. Laura is a passionate advocate for children, young people and families and also remains a dramatherapist within the YAHT team.
She can be found teaching on various elements of degree courses including the MA Applied Theatre at Exeter University. When not working, she enjoys making up games with her young daughter or playing the piano.
