Would you like a safe space to tell your story and explore what’s going on for you? Arts Therapies offer the chance to be creative, as well as talk, to help you gain new insight into your situation and improve wellbeing.
What are you passionate about? What would you like to learn? We either provide or signpost to high quality courses, events and activities including art, drama, music and photography.
What is the Youth Arts & Health Trust?
We provide arts opportunities and arts therapy for young people experiencing mental health problems or disadvantage. We believe that being creative is good for the soul.
Mondays: 1pm – 5pm
Tuesdays: 2:30pm – 7pm
Fridays: 9am – 5pm
