Would you like a safe space to tell your story and explore what’s going on for you? Arts Therapies offer the chance to be creative, as well as talk, to help you gain new insight into your situation and improve wellbeing.

What is the Youth Arts & Health Trust?
We provide arts opportunities and arts therapy for young people experiencing mental health problems or disadvantage. We believe that being creative is good for the soul.
Our main opening hours for enquiries are
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am – 3pm
We offer a variety of arts therapy session times during the week including some after school and Saturday sessions.
