AMY GUNTHER

Hi, I’m Amy and I’m a Dramatherapist. I have been working with Youth Arts & Health Trust since the organisation began a few years ago. Additionally, I work in the NHS in Adult Mental Health and am currently completing my Masters degree in Systemic Family Therapy. I also facilitate creative Clinical Supervision for other therapists. I offer individual and group therapy online as well as through face to face sessions.

 

I enjoy working creatively with children and young people through play, art making, characterisation, role play and story creation. These creative approaches can help support young people to better understand their thoughts, feelings and actions, reduce anxiety and develop their self-esteem.
