WAYNE MENSAH

Hi I'm Wayne, I'm an experienced dramatherapist with an enduring passion for empowering any client I work alongside. I specialise in working alongside children and young people who have experienced abuse, anxiety, attachment difficulties, adverse childhood experiences and exclusion. Most of my experience has been working in settings for children and young people. These settings include: pupil referral units, alternative provisions and emotional and behavioural difficulty settings. 

 

I strongly and truly believe creativity can be a vehicle to bring about healing. My passion lies in early intervention for all children who may be at risk of developing mental health problems. I aim to use an appropriate creative method for supporting them where they can to express themselves and work through underlying problems in a safe space.
